Board use of digital cameras was expensive purchase item, especially in the procurement of SmartMedia Cards, Memo

3、ry Stix, etc. On the other hand, waiting for photo lab services was inefficient.Lesson(s) Learned: For accident investigations, an initial supply of both digital and film cameras should be made available to the Board immediately by the NASA centers photo laboratory or imagery department.Recommendati
