全氯乙烯

1、RVCM）含量的方法。
适用于氯乙烯（VC）均聚物、共聚物树脂及其市lj品中残留氯乙烯单体的测定。
本方法最低检出量为0.5mg/l鸣。
用固上气相色谱法测定聚氯乙烯树脂中残留氯乙烯单体含量的方法见附录A。
2 方法原理将试样溶解在合适的溶剂中，用液上气相取样的气相色谱法测定氯乙烯的含量。
3 试剂及材料3. 1 氯乙烯3纯度大于99.5%。
3. 2 N, N二甲基乙殷殷（DMAC），在测试条件下不含奋与氯乙烯的色谱保留时间相同的任何杂质。
3.3 空气、氮气、氢气。
4 样品的贮存和保管把水分含量合格的试样，按批号装满于广口瓶中，密封保存。
必须在24h内进行测定。
凡是超过24 h者，要注明试样的贮存时间。
聚氯乙烯由lj品的试样，放在有盖的广口瓶中即可。
5 仪器5. 1 气相色谱仪g带氢火焰离子化鉴定器（FID）。
5.2 色l普柱z所使用的色谱柱应能使试样中杂质与氯乙烯完全分开。
每升或每千克含有0.02mg氯乙烯的溶液得到的色谱峰高，至少是基线噪声的5倍。
可使用的色谱柱及试验条件列于附录B（参考件）中。
5.3 恒温器：70 l，并有取样孔。
5.4 医用注射器21、5ml ，若干支。
