棉花棉红铃虫是我国棉花的主要害虫之一，生产上经常需要使用杀虫剂进行防治。
为了确定防治棉红铃虫的最佳回间使用剂量，测试药剂对作物及非靶标有益生物的影响，为杀虫剂登记的药效评价和安全、合理使用技术提供依据，特制定GB/T17980的本部分。
本部分是农药回间药效试验准则(二)系列标准之一，但本身是独立的部分。
本部分由中华人民共和国农业部提出。
本部分起草单位农业部农药检定所。
本部分主要起草人:王晓军、朱文达、何洪俊、胡昌弟、刘j旭、刘牛。

本部分适用于杀虫剂防治棉红铃虫(Pectino纠ragossy户iell川的登记用回间药效小区试验及药效评价。
2 试验条件2.1 试验对象和作物、晶种的选择试验对象为棉红铃虫。
试验作物应选择敏感品系的棉花，记录品种名称。
2.2 环境条件田间试验应选择害虫为害程度较高的生产棉田进行。
