This standard establishes a definite demarcation between the various elements involved in the planning, funding, construction, and funding of the medical and dental facilities of the Armed Services, th

This standard provides a uniform basis upon which the Medical Services can identify items of construction and material and fix logistical and financial responsibility in an identical manner. 1
