Acceptance or approval of material during the course of manufacture shall not be construed as a guarantee of the acceptance of the finished product. The equipment shall be attached t

(2) Determine if the failure is an isolated case or design defect, (3) Determi ne appropri ate corrective action necessary to reduce the possibility of the same failure(s) occurring in future tests.
