The outline stitching of the globe, motto ribbon and scroll, and the horizontal lines on the globe shall be an imitation hand embroidery type of stitching. T

25、he stitch type, texture, density and colors for the various parts of the embroidery work shall conform to the standard sample. Bonnaz stitching shall be that type shown in the standard sample at the edging of the land areas on the globe, edging of the anchor, or in the wing feathefs of the eagle; th

26、e textured type of Bonnaz stitching shall be that type shown in the standard sample in the large gold color areas of the continents and anchor, outlining the globe and bottom scroll shall be made with 1/4-inch-long stitches, the lines on the globe shall be 3/16-inch-long stitches, and the outline ar

Cut the scarlet background cloth in a single piece suf- ficiently long to provide the required hems at the hoist and fly ends, and toprovide a
