8、OLOGY - OPEN SYSTEMS INTERCONNECTION - SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT: USAGE METERING FUNCTION FOR ACCOUNTING PURPOSES TECHNICAL CORRIGENDUM 2 Summary This Recommendation 1 International Standard (1995) specifies a model and management information for the acquisition of information by a managing system of resou

9、rce usage information. The information may be used as part of a charging and billing process; however, charging and billing is outside the scope of this Recommendation 1 International Standard. This Technical Corrigendum 2 revises the text to include ASN.1:1997 in 2.1, 2.2 and 13.1. Source Corrigend

11、he United Nations specialized agency in the field of telecommunications. The ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) is a permanent organ of ITU. ITU-T is responsible for studying technical, operating and tariff questions and issuing Recommendations on them with a view to standardizing

12、telecommunications on a worldwide basis. The World Telecommunication Standardization Conference (WTSC), which meets every four years, establishes the topics for study by the ITU-T study groups which, in turn, produce Recommendations on these topics. The approval of ITU-T Recommendations is covered b

13、y the procedure laid down in WTSC Resolution 1. In some areas of information technology which fall within ITU-Ts purview, the necessary standards are prepared on a collaborative basis with IS0 and IEC. NOTE In this Recommendation, the expression “Administration“ is used for conciseness to indicate b
