18、s.1References and technol-ogy have been updated to reflect current practice.1.0 PURPOSE AND SCOPEIt is the purpose of this Guide to provide a reference foruse in the design of report forms and to suggest a prac-tical format and terminology for presenting the informa-tion obtained from a typical phot
19、ometric test. Figure 1through Figure 9 are included for illustrative purposesonly. The reporting agency may make adjustments informat, order, and detail to meet its particular needs;however, all required data must be included to complywith this Guide. Only test reports for typical indoor gen-eral li
20、ghting and wall-washing luminaires are discussed.The manner of reporting test data for outdoor luminairesor other specialized equipment is not covered.The subject matter of a photometric test report maybe logically divided into the following three categories:general information, photometric data, an
21、d applica-tion engineering data.2.0 GENERAL INFORMATIONThe general information category is of vital impor-tance because it describes the equipment and condi-tions represented by the test data. Figure 1 is anexample of the minimum general information to beincluded. Auxiliary equipment that may affect
22、 theresults of the test shall be described in detail.The first requirement is a descriptive title to indicatewhat is being reported. The name of the testingagency, report number, and the date of the test mustalways be shown. The name of the manufacturer shallalso be included except where prohibited
