2、to & Technology 1. PURPOSE The purpose of this standard is to establish the material property of the PVC-film used in automotive exterior trim and control the quality. 2. SCOPE Automotive exterior trim, cautions and PVC-film of trim lamp. 3. MATERIAL Transparent PVC-film covered with a protectant in

Resistance to cleaning agent Test solution : water 100vol% +automobile shampoo 1vol%. The test piece adhered to steel plate shall be dipped into test solution at room

13、temperature (235K) for 24 hours. No change of adhesion. 4.4.5. Resistance to water The film shall be adhered to lacquer coating side and stored at 235K48hours and dipped into water at 235K24hours No detachment of film edges 4.4.6. Resistance to cleaning systems Test solution : water 80voL% + petrole

14、um 20vol% Temperature of solution : 80 The half of test piece adhered to steel plate is applied with protective wax (L0000555) and stored at 235K 24hours. The agent of high temperature and pressure is spouted on the whole surface of test piece for 30 seconds. The distance of test piece surface and j

15、et is 205cm. No surface change and detachment of adhesive area5. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS 5.1. No other special changes must occur for at least 12 months when stored at +5 to +30 in dry condition without direct solar radiation. 5.2. No permanent marks must remain when the force is exerted enough to w

16、rite on the surface of screen printing 5.3. No holes or other changes on luster side must occur when the luster side of film is strongly rubbed on panel which is coated with primer and lacquer. 5.4. For details, refer to drawings. APPROVAL AND QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCEDURE All raw material shall be approved and regularly inspected for its quality prior to and during mass production delivery according to approval and quality assurance procedure for chemical raw

18、 materials (Spec. no. EDS-M-0102) 7. AUTOMOTIVE RESTRICTED HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES Materials and components of parts must comply with EDS-A-0101. 8.
