This specification specifies the requirements of basic property for patterns and qualities of the tricot type cloth used for seat, head rest and door trim of car upholstery. 1.2 Material

Fabric cover or post-treated one on polyether based polyurethane foam and knitted fabric backing, flame laminated. 1.3 Typical Applications. 1.3.1 Seat and head rest cloth (hereinafter seat cloth). This specification applies to the fabric cover on polyester based polyurethane foam flam

5、e laminated. 1.3.2 Door trim cloth. 11、 the fabric in the same lot shall be the same, and its appearance shall be in accordance with the master sample distributed by GMDAT Technical Center. In addition, fabric shall be as uniform in appearance as possible. 3.2.2 Any misalignment of weaver or knitting shall not give rise to variations in

12、pattern. Any pattern bow (at center) or pattern skew (selvedge to selvedge) shall not exceed 2.0% of material width. 3.2.3 Packing shall provide protection of the fabric from contamination, and shall not cause permanent damage (i.e. crushing, creasing etc.) of the material. Packing or storage of com

13、ponents, trim layouts etc. cut from the material, shall be such, that even after prolonged storage, the dimensions and shape, of the cut parts are still retained within the required tolerances. 3.2.4 All material submitted to this specification shall resist soiling and permit ready cleaning by norma

14、l cleaning agents without causing color changes, spotting, staining, or other permanent changes in the appearance of the fabric. 3.2.5 Knitted fabric backing of back side shall not separate from PUR foam, and shall not be adverse change when sewing work or transfer. 3.2.6 Further detail, see parts d

All raw materials shall be approved and regularly inspected for its quality prior to and during mass production delivery according to approval and quality assurance procedure for chemical raw materials (Spec.
