Teile aus die

14、ser Werkstoffqualitt mssen bei der Anlieferung einen Wassergehalt von mindestens 1,5 Massenanteil in % bei bis zu 20 % gefllten Werkstofftypen und 1,0 Massenanteil in % bei ber 20 % gefllten Werkstoffypen aufweisen (Prfung nach GME 60270). Schlagzh modifizierte Typen (Kennbuchstaben P und S) mssen n

15、icht konditioniert werden, wenn sie im spritztrockenen Zustand dieselbe Schlagzhigkeit erreichen wie die entsprechen- den konditionierten, unmodifizierten Typen. Abweichungen hiervon werden auf der Teilzeichnung besonders vorgeschrieben. / All shaped parts manufactured from moulding compounds shall

16、be resistant to the media they get in contact with at their places of use, as, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, fuels, lubricants, oils, grease and alcohols. Parts of this material quality must have a water content of at least 1,5 % by mass for up to 20 % filled material types and 1,0 % by mass

17、for over 20 % filled material types, (test to GME 60270). Impact resistant modified types (code letters P and S) shall not be conditioned, when they obtaine in dry as moulded condition the similar impact strength as the conforming conditioned unmodified types.
