5、r and similar materials. 1.1 Zweck Dieses Prfverfahren beschreibt eine Vorbehand-lung von Proben aus Kunststoffen, Textilien, Kunstleder, Pappen, Holz, Gummihaar, und hnli-chen Werkstoffen. 1.2 Foreword The humidity content of various materials can have a significant effect on their physical propert

In order to obtain repeatable and comparable test results on such materials, they must be brought to standard conditions of humidity (and in some in-stances temperature) prior to test. 1.2 Vorwort Die mechanisch-technologischen, sowie die physi-kalischen Eigenschaften verschiedener Werkstoffe s

7、ind unter anderem mehr oder weniger stark von ihrem Feuchtigkeitsgehalt abhngig. Solche Werk-stoffe mssen vor der Prfung einem Normalklima angeglichen werden, damit wiederholbare und vergleichbare Ergebnisse erhalten werden. 1.3 Applicability For parts and assemblies made of above mentioned material

Werkstof-fen. 1.4 Definitions The maintenance of test pieces at a specified tem-perature and relative air humidity for a specified period prior to testing, shall be defined as “conditioning“. Since the relative humidity conditions of ambient

9、 atmospheres cannot be guaranteed to be within acceptable tolerances, the use of artificial standardized atmospheres is recommended for all conditioning. 1.4 Definitionen Unter Probenvorbehandlung versteht man eine La-gerung von Proben vor der Prfung bei festgelegter Temperatur und relative Luftfeuc

23、1.1 Vortrocknen 3.1.1.1 Polyamide (except polyamide 11 and 12) Test pieces and finished components of polyamide (except polyamide 11 and 12) shall be dried in the oven for at least 48 h at a temperature of +105C 3 K prior to conditioning. 3.1.1.1 Polyamide (auer Polyamid 11 und 12) Probekrper und Fe

24、rtigteile aus Polyamid (auer Polyamid 11 und 12) sind vor der Konditionierung 48 h min. bei +105C 3 K in eine Wrmekammer zu trocknen. 3.1.1.2 Foamed plastic materials Test pieces and finished components of foamed plastic materials shall be dried in the oven prior to conditioning at a temperature of

25、(+70 /-3)C to approximate constant weight. 3.1.1.2 Geschumte Kunststoffe Probekrper und Fertigteile aus geschumten Kunststoffen, die in nassem Zustand angeliefert werden, sind vor der Konditionierung bei (+70 /-3)C bis zur annhernden Gewichtskonstanz in einer Wrmekammer zu trocknen. 3.1.1.3 Other Ma

All other parts to which this specification applies shall be conditioned at a temperature of +23C 2 K and a relative humidity of 65 10 %. 3.2.1.1.3 Gilt nur fr Isuzu Andere Werks

33、ennzeichen C). 3.2.1.2 Period 3.2.1.2 Dauer 3.2.1.2.1 Test pieces of plastic material (except foils and leathercloths) as well as foamed plastic materials shall be conditioned for at least 16 h (coding 1). 3.2.1.2.1 Proben aus Kunststoff (auer Folien und Kunstleder) sowie geschumte Kunststoffe werde

34、n. 16 h min. konditioniert (Kennzeichen 1). 3.2.1.2.2 Isuzu only Test pieces of plastic material (except foils and leathercloths) as well as foamed plastic materials shall be conditioned for at least 24 h in the case of parts and at least 48 h in the case of test pieces. 3.2.1.2.2 Gilt nur fr Isuzu

35、Proben aus Kunststoff (auer Folien und Kunstleder) sowie geschumte Kunststoffe werden im als Teile fr 24 h und als Prfkrper fr 48 h konditioniert. 3.2.1.2.3 Test pieces of textiles of all kinds, plastic foils, leathercloths, rubberized hair and similar materials shall be conditioned for at least 24

36、h (coding 2). 3.2.1.2.3 Proben aus Textilien aller Art, Kunststoffolien, Kunstleder, Gummihaar und hnliche Werkstoffe werden 24 h min. konditioniert (Kennzeichen 2). 3.2.1.2.4 Test pieces of fiberboard, paper and wood shall be conditioned for at least 48 h (coding 3). 3.2.1.2.4 Proben aus Pappe, Pap

37、ier und Holz werden 48 h min. konditioniert (Kennzeichen 3). 3.2.1.2.5 SAAB only Test pieces of plastic (except materials with hy-groscopic character like polyamides, poly-urethanes, wool, cotton, fibreboards) shall be conditioned at least 24 h (coding 4): 3.2.1.2.5 Gilt nur fr SAAB Proben aus Kunst

38、stoff (auer hygroskopische Werkstoffe wie Polyamide, Polyurethane, Wolle, Baumwolle, Pappen) werden 24 h min. konditioniert (Kennzeichen 4). 3.2.1.2.6 SAAB only Test pieces of materials with hygroscopic character like polyamides, polyurethanes, wool, cotton, fibre-boards shall be conditioned at leas

39、t 72 h (coding 5). 3.2.1.2.6 Gilt nur fr SAAB Proben aus hygroskopischen Werkstoffen wie Po-lyamide, Polyurethane, Wolle, Baumwolle, Pappen werden 72 h min. konditioniert (Kennzeichen 5). 3.2.2 Deviations Deviations from this test procedure shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be spe

40、cified on drawings and must be noted on all test certifi-cates, reports etc. 3.2.2 Abweichungen Abweichungen von den Bedingungen dieses Prf-verfahrens mssen vereinbart werden. Diese Be-dingungen sind auf Teilezeichnungen vorgeschrie-ben bzw. mssen in Prfzeugnissen, Berichten u. dergl. angegeben werd

GM INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING STANDARD GMI 60300 May 2010 Page 7 of 8 LBSP GMI 2 11/95 3.3 Instructions Test pieces (in the as received condition or after pre-drying as required) shall be placed in the condi-tioning cabinet such that, as far as possible, all faces of the test pieces are exposed t

42、o the condi-tioning atmosphere. Small test pieces shall be freely suspended in the cabinet, larger test pieces may be supported on a wire rack if necessary. Test pieces shall also be evenly distributed inside the cabinet. During the conditioning period frequent opening of the cabinet shall be avoide

After conditioning is complete, test pieces shall be removed and tests conducted with minimum delay. 3.3 Prfanleitung Die Proben werden im Anlieferungszustand oder nach erforderlicher Vortrocknung in die Klimaprfeinrichtung eingebracht. Sie sind nach Mglichkeit so in der Klimaprfeinrichtung anzu-

44、ordnen, da das Klima von allen Seiten einwirken kann. Kleinere Proben sind feihngend, grere Proben evtl. auf einem Drahtgestell liegend dem Klima auszusetzen. Die Proben sind ebenfalls mglichst gleichmig auf den gesamten Nutzraum zu verteilen. Whrend der Lagerungsdauer ist ein hufiges ffnen der Klim

45、aprfeinrichtung zu vermeiden. Nach Ablauf der Konditionierung sind die Proben zu entnehmen und die jeweiligen Pr-fungen mglichst bald durchzufhren. 3.4 Data N.a. 3.4 Ergebnisse N.a. 4 Coding System This test procedure shall be called up in other documents, drawings, VTS, CTS etc. as follows: Example
