6、nke 1 Scope This test method shall be used to determine the blocking characteristics of deadener pads and similar materials used in body trim applications. 7 -. Definition Blocking is defined as the propensity of materials to stick to.one another when stacked. In order to avoid production problems,

7、the degree of blocking shall be as low as possible, so that easy separation of individual pads, even after prolonged storage, is possible. 3. 5.1 Test Pieces and Number of Test Pieces From the available material (200 f 0,5) mm x thickness OF 5 test pieces (200 f 0,51 mm x deadener pad shall be taken

Heqriff Unter der Hlockfestigkeit versteht man die Neigung von Dgmpfungsplatten, bei Stapelung aneinanderzukleb

12、en. uin Schwierigkeiten in der Produktion zu vermeiden, murj die Hlockfestig- keit so niedrig wie mtiglich gehalten werden, so da6 die aufeinanderge- stapelten Platten sich leicht voneinander trennen lassen und einzeln entnommen werden kiinnen, selbst nach lgngerer Lagerzeit. Probektirper und Proben

13、anzahl Aus dem zur Verfiigung stehenden Werkstoff werden 5 ProbekBrper mit den Abmessungen (200 + 0,5) mm x (200 + 0,5) mm x Dicka der Dsmpfungsplatte entnommen. 5. 15、q Nach der Prabenvorbehandlung werden die PrabekBrper bei +23C 2 5 K ge- wogen. 17、ights so as to achieve the loading as required by the specified coding (see below). . . . 6.2.1 Coding A w-m w- The weight of the steel plates and weights shall be such as to re- present a total stacking height of 100 test pieces. 6.2.2 Coding 6 w-m WV The weight o.f the steel plates and weights sha

18、ll be such as to re- present a total stacking height of 50 test pieces. 6.3 The test pack this obtained shall be stored for (24 2 l h at +40C 2 2,5 H in a drying oven, then removed and allowed to cool at +23OC f 5 H for 2 h. Prior to evaluation, the steel plates and weights shall be removed. 7. Eval

19、uation and Requirements Blocking shall be evaluated by lifting one corner of each test piece in turn. All test pieces shall readily separate from one another and, on laminated deadener pads, no deterioration of the bond between in- dividual layers shall have occurred. 8. Coding System On drawings, m

20、aterial specifications etc. the blocking characteristic shall be indicated as follows: Example : Ss!;!:ki;Fiiqht, see clause 6.2.1 9. Deviations Deviations from the conditions of this test method (e.g. test pieces, conditioning, etc.) shall have been agreed upon. These shall be in- dicated on compon

Auswertunq und Anforderunqen Die Blockfestiqkeit wird durch Anheben einer Ecke dea jeweils oberster Probekirpers bewertet. Die Teile miissen sich l

24、eicht voneinander lisen lassen. Bei Dtimpfunqs- platten, die aus mehreren Schichten bestehen, darf keine Verznderunq der Bindunq zwischen den einzelnen Schichten auftreten. Anqabe in Zeichnunqen, Werkstoffvorschriften u. derql. In Zeichnunqen, Werkstoffvorschriften u. derql. wird die Blockfestiq- ke

25、it wie folqt anqeqeben, Beispiel: Blockfestiqkeit nach GME 60 295 Teil 2 - A -j-2fEvh Eezeichnunq 1. Abweichunqen - Abweichunqen von den Bedinqunqen dieses PrLifverfahrens (z.B. Probe- ktirper, Probenvorbehandlunq usw.) miissen vereinbart werden. Diese Ee- dinqunqen sind auf den Teilezeichnunqen, Werkstof f vorschrif ten u. derq: vo rqeschrieben bzw. miissen in Prtifzeuqnissen, Eerichten u.derql. an- qeqeben werden.
