SCOPE This material defined by this specification is an NLGI 2 synthetic g

2、rease containing PTFE particles held in suspension. 2. APPLICATION This specification was originally released to aid the prevention of aluminum wheels seizing to ferrous hubs. The grease is also required to be compatible with the ABS wheel badges and therefore must not induce cracking. 3. REQUIREMEN

3、TS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements for Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS 3.2.1 Color White, translucent 3.2.2 Cone Penetration 260 - 300 (ASTM D 217) 3.2.3 Density 0.83 g/ml (ASTM D 1480) 3.2.4 Dropping Point 220 C (ASTM D 2265) 3.2.5 Oil Separation 220 C (ASTM D 92) 3.2.9.3 Pour Point -50 C (ASTM D 97) 4.
