SCOPE The material performance defined by this specification is for a woven pull str
2、ap with continuous filament yarn and finished selvages. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released for material used as rear seat pull straps. Testing must be performed on new construction parts and new colors unless specified otherwise by Ford Materials Engineering. See Table 1 for sample size
3、and testing requirements. 2.1 LIMITATIONS Color stripping for re-dyeing of webbing rejected for color is not allowed. This material is not to be used in seat belt webbing applications. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, the end item pull strap shall meet all requirements
4、of the material as detailed on the engineering drawing. Details of the material must be documented and supplied to Materials Engineering in the attached pull strap construction supplement (Page 4). In addition to the requirements specified herein, the pull straps shall meet the applicable System Des
5、ign Specifications (SDS) requirements. 3.1 QUALITY SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements for Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern, and finish shall match the approved Design Ce
