SCOPE The materials defined by these specifications are random velour, needled, nonwoven carpets of good quality and uniform composition. The carpet face is made with 100% post consumer recycled fiber. 2. APPLICATION This specification w
3、as released originally for EcoSport MY2018 main floor carpet in Europe. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 APPROVED SOURCES This specification requires the use of approved sources. Only the sources identified on the Ford Approved Source List (ASL) can be used when this specification is listed on the drawing, CAD f
4、ile, or other documents. The list of approved sources is located within Ford at or available externally through a Ford Materials Engineer. 3.2 CONDITIONING AND TEST CONDITIONS All test values are based on material conditioned for not less than 24 h prior to testing in a controlled environment of 23
5、 +/- 2 C and 50 +/- 5% relative humidity. Testing of the material should occur in the conditioning environment or soon after removal. 3.3 PERFORMANCE CRITERIA 3.3.1 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the end-item floor carpet shall be tested to WSS-M8P16-B and any additional SDS requirem
6、ents. The details for each of the suppliers specific construction shall be documented in the supplement attached and uploaded into the scanned data package. 3.3.2 Vehicle Interior Environment Quality Materials/Component Performance Requirements Materials used in interior applications must meet the r
7、equirements outlined in WSS-M99P2222-D1/ latest. Data must be included at the appropriate program milestone. 3.3.3 Recycled Content This specification must contain 100% recycled content as defined by WRS- M99P42-A2, Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content. Page 2 of 4 3.4 SAMPLE SELECTION All evaluations shall be conducted on test specimens taken from finished roll goods prior to any subsequent operations, such as reheating or molding. 3.5 APPEARANCE The color, pattern, and gloss shall
