2、G/M2 (10.0 OZ) NOMINAL FACE 1. SCOPE The materials defined by this specification are dilour, polyester, non-woven carpets of good quality and uniform composition. This carpet is a solid color matched carpet. 2. APPLICATION This specification was originally released for moldable flipper panel, load f

3、loor and seat back applications in Europe, with a solid color matched face. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS 3.1.1 Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.2 In addition t

4、o the requirements listed herein, the end-item carpet assembly shall meet all requirements of the WSS-M8P16-B. 3.1.3 Materials used in interior applications must meet the requirements outlined in WSSM99P2222-D1/ latest for Vehicle Interior Environment Quality Materials/Component Performance Requirem

5、ents. Test data must to be provided by the Tier 1 at the appropriate program milestone. 3.1.4 Recycled Content This specification must contain 100% recycled content as defined by WRSM99P42- A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content). 3.2 SAMPLE SELECTION All evaluations shall be cond

6、ucted on test specimens taken from finished roll goods prior to any subsequent operations, such as reheating or molding. Unless otherwise specified in the Performance Specification. 3.3 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern, and finish shall match the approved Design Center master sample, o
