2、FACE 1. SCOPE The materials defined by this specification are flat needled, polyester, non-woven carpets of good quality and uniform composition. This carpet is a solid color matched carpet. 2. APPLICATION This specification was originally released for bin liners and seat back applications, with a s

3、olid color matched face. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS 3.1.1 Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.2 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the end-item carp

4、et assembly shall meet all requirements of the WSS-M8P16-B. 3.1.3 Materials used in interior applications must meet the requirements outlined in WSSM99P2222-D1/ latest for Vehicle Interior Environment Quality Materials/Component Performance Requirements. Test data must to be provided by the Tier 1 a

5、t the appropriate program milestone. 3.1.4 Recycled Content The face material must contain 95% recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content). 3.2 SAMPLE SELECTION All evaluations shall be conducted on test specimens taken from finished roll good

6、s prior to any subsequent operations, such as reheating or molding. 3.3 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern, and finish shall match the approved Design Center master sample, or shall be as specified on the engineering drawing. 3.4 COMPOSITION (ASTM D 629) 3.4.1 Face Fiber Polyester (95% P
