1、itEBB Manufacturing Standards E 0 1 This standard describes the specification requirements for proximity switches in the various forms for which the definitions, classification and designation are in accordance with EN 50-032. the connections identified according to EN 50 044 and the operating dista

2、nce measured in accordance with EN 50 010. 2 Reoui rements 2.1 General All proximity switches shall conform to the relevant EN Standard, be selected from the range shown in the following tables, and shall be :-. 2.1.1 The 3 wire type, having J rated Voltage of 24 Volt DC + 15% max residual ripple of

3、 2 10%. suitable for a continuous output current of 2OOmA 2.1.2 Polarity of output signal type P.N.P. of the N/O Function type and fitted with LED for function, meeting the Protection class IP 67 and be short circuit proof, protected against overloads and reverse polarity 2.1.3 Be fitted with a conn

4、ection of the 4 pin Ml2 socket type with internal connections as Fig 1. 2.1.4 Have an oil resistant label giving details of Make/Manufacturer, type, voltage, load current and ni ring diagram. 2.2 2.2.1 2.2.2 Weld Proof (Magnetic field inawne) Weld Proof proximity switches shall be suitable for use o

5、n Jll welding equipment including welding robots. In addition to requirements contained in para 2.1 General, they shall also meet the following requirements:- Shall have weld proof protection against currents up to 21kA Jt J distance of 3Onm1 between sensor and the conductor where the welding curren
