Expose the sewing threads in a Fadeometer, using the following method: (a) Prepare a frame 70 x 120 mm with an opening 50 x 50 mm made d either 2 - 3 mm thick sheet polyethylene or fiberboard. (c) Mount the polyethylene or fiberboard frame in a suitable holder on the rotating rack of the Fadeo
6、meter in a vertical position. (d) Expose for the number of standard fading hours designated by the Engineering material specification and under the operating condition described in SAE J 1885. 2.
