APPLICATION EXAMPLES:5.1 If there are no application issues with the equipment being guardedby the

10、PSD that would prevent a complete shutdown when the PSD isinterrupted, then the “Enable Signal“ of Circuit 1 may be used inthe Emergency Stop circuit of the equipment.
