Introduction Phase 1 of the work of the TV-Anytime Forum (TVAF) has defined key technologies for personal digital recorders (PDRs). DVB has adopted these specifications as the b

The present document provides an implementation of the TV-Anytime phase one on DVB transport streams in a way that enhances and extends existing DVB functionality.
