CENELEC ENrb0870-6- 601 95 3404583 OL58904 147 m Page 9 EN 60870-6-601 : 1995 6 Conformance requirements To be conformant to this FP an implementation of an End System accessing permanently to a PSDN shall: - conform to the requirements of profile TB1111TTB1121 defined in ISOAEC ISP - satisf
9、y the complementary requirements expressed in the following sub-clauses for layers 1 to 4. 1 0609-5; The choices and parameter values to be negotiated in the establishment of each transport connection (see 6.1) or network connection (see 6.2) are described. Implementation choices in data link layer
10、(see 6.3) and specifications of physical interfaces (see 6.4) are also described. 6.1 Transport 1 ayer This subclause describes the choices and parameter values to be negotiated in the establishment of each transport connection. Certain of those choices and parameter values must be made visible to t
11、he Transport Service user. They are: - negotiated priority level: - negotiated protocol class; the visibility of this parameter to the user of Transport Service is not mandatory in this profile, but only optional. The Transport Service provided is as described in IS0 8072. The transport protocol pro
12、cedures shall be as described in IS0 8073. The End System shall meet the requirements of the transportslayer for group TB as defined in ISOIIEC ISP 10609-1 and the complementary requirements listed below. These additional requirements may possibly modify some clauses of ISO/IEC tSP 10609. 6.1.1 Prot
13、ocol classes As described in ISO/IEC ISP 10609-1, clause 1 and subclause 5.2, the transport protocol classes to be implemented in End Systems are O, 2 and 4. 6.1.2 Negotiation of protocol classes a) If the End System is initiator of the Transport Connection (TC), then: - if the TC is established on
14、a Network Connection (NC) on which no other TC existed before, then the “preferred class“ shall be the class 4 and the “alternative class“ shalt be class number O; - if the TC is established on a NC on which previously another TC existed, then the “preferred class“ shall be class 4 and, as specified
15、 in IS0 8073, the “alternative class“ shall be class 2. b) If the End System responds to a TC request, then the chosen class shall be the more performant one) among the valid classes in the IS0 8073 sense (see clause 6.5.4 and table 3 of IS0 8073). ) Class 4 is mare performant than class 2 and class

Page 10 EN 60870-6-601 : 1995 6.1.3 Checksum The use or non-use of the checksum as negotiated in TPDUs CR (Connection request) and CC (Connection Confirm) shall be configurable in the Reference End System. In this standard, the use of the checksum is recommended.
17、6.1.4 Splitting The non-use of splitting shall be possible. 6.1.5 Priority management The priority is one of the Quality Of Service (QOS) parameters, defined in IS0 8072, paragraph 10.1 O. It has to be negotiated as in IS0 8073, paragraph 6.5.4. The coding of the various levels of priority shall be
18、in conformity with IS0 8073 (paragraph 13.3.4, item n) retaining only four levels, the values of which are: - low priority: 14 (O000 O000 O000 1 1 1 O), - average priority: 10 (O000 O000 O000 lolo), - very high priority: O (O000 O000 O000 0000). - high priority: 5 (O000 O000 O000 OlOl), On reception
19、, a value over 1 O must be interpreted as a low priority; a value from 6 to 1 O as an average priority; and a value from 1 to 5 as a high priority. The case where the priority parameter has not been transmitted is interpreted as a priority implicitly agreed on and locally pre-configured within the c
20、ommunications systems, or, lacking a preconfiguration, as a low priority. Some modifications of ISOIIEC ISP 10609-1 are imposed by this use of priority parameter: - in table A.2.3.3, column “status“ of the “Profile Features“ table: 0 index 12 CR 15: the status of the Priority parameter becomes “m“;
