This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by February 2005, and
16、conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by February 2005. It is based on a previous version 1 ) originally prepared by the ECSS Mechanical Engineering Standard Working Group, reviewed by the ECSS Technical Panel and approved by the ECSS Steering Board.
