13、) 3 Foreword This document (EN 1406:2009) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 164 “Water supply”, the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the lates
14、t by February 2010, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by February 2010. 24、 a) non-ionic starch: poly-D-glucose; b) cationic starch: starch 2-hydroxy-3-(trimethylamino) propylether, chloride; c) anionic starch: starch carboxymethyl ether, sodium salt.
