Thecontrolbyathirdpartyisrecommended.Ifthirdpartycontroliscarriedout,thissho

Theactualpracticeofthirdpartycontrolindifferentcountriesmaybemaintainedaslongasthirdpartycontrolin thisstandardisarecommendation. 4.2 Typetesting Themanufacturershallholdacompletesetofdrawingsoftheproduct.Threeproductionspecimensshallbetestedin accordancewithEN13564

20、2andshallcomplywithalltherelevantrequirementsofEN135641. Ifthedesignissubsequentlyamendedorifthematerialischanged,threefurtherspecimensshallbetestedin accordancewiththepreviousprocedure. Fullreportsofthesetestsshallberetainedbythemanufacturerandshallbeavailabletoathirdparty,ifapplicable,for examinat

21、ion.EN135643:2003(E) 5 4.3 Factoryproductioncontrol Thepurposeoffactoryproductioncontrolistoensureconstantly,thatproductionofantifloodingdevicesisin conformitywiththetechnicalrequirementsofEN135641. Suitablestaffandindependenceofqualitycontrolofproductionareindispensableprerequisites. Thefacilitiesn

22、ecessaryforfactoryproductioncontrolincludethemeasuringandtestequipmentforthetestsin accordancewithEN135642. ThefactoryproductioncontrolshallatleastcoverthespecificitemslistedinTable1. Thedocumentationshallincludeallstepsofproductionfromtheincomingrawmaterialstothefinalproductleaving thefactory. Thef

23、actoryproductioncontrolmaybeorganizedinaccordancewithENISO9001. Themanufacturershallhaveathisdisposal: anorganizationschemewithdefinedresponsibilities; skilledpersonnel; allthenecessaryproductionfacilities; allthenecessarytestingfacilities. Furthermore,themanufacturershallestablishandmaintainaqualit

24、yplaninwhichprocessandfinalinspectionsare listed.Apartfromtheinspectionaspect,thequalityplanshallalsocontainthemethodandfrequencyofinspectionand thedocumentationrequired.Table1givesamodelschemeoffactoryproductioncontrolandlistsaminimumof specificitemstobecovered.Finally,themanufacturershallestablish
