Clampthetestpanelbetweentheretainerringandthedie,thecoatingfacingthedieandtheendofthestriker beingincontactwiththete

27、stpanel.Themeasuringdeviceshallbeinposition0.Ensurethatthecrosshatching shallbecentredonthedome. Movethesphericalendofthestrikeratconstantspeedof(12 6) mm/mintoreachthechosendepthof indentation. 8.4 Ageing (optionalandonlyforcoatingsgreaterthanorequalto60mthickness) Immersethetestpanelinboilingwater

28、foratleast1h. Ifrequired,thetestcanberunforlongerperiodsoftime. Generally,ageingshallbecarriedoutafterthedeformationbutinsomecasesitmaybeperformedbefore. 8.5 Assessmentofadhesion 8.5.1 Forcoatingsgreaterthanorequalto60mthickness Makeanattempttopullthestripsoftheorganiccoatingawayfromthemetallicsubst

29、rateineachofthefour directions,startingfromthecentralsquare.Lifttheendofthestripswiththeknife(5.1),thenpullwiththepincers (5.4)untiltheruptureofthestrip. Observetheextentofthepeelingandexpressinpercentageofthedistancebetweenthetopandthebaseofthe dome. Ifageingiscarriedout,expresstheadhesionasapercen

30、tageofpeelingfortheageingperiod. 8.5.2 Forcoatingslessthan60mthickness Removetwocompletelapsfromareeloftheadhesivetape(5.6)anddiscard.Removeanadditionallengthata steadyrateandcutapiece,approximately75mmlong.EN135236:2002(E) 5 Placethecentreofthetapeoverthelatticeinadirectionparalleltoonesetofthecuts
