Theclosingdevicemayincludesecondarylocking. 5.4 Materialsofconstruction Themanufacturershallprovidewiththeequipmentafullmaterialspecificationforthosepartsthatmaycomeinto contactwiththesubstancesspecifiedinthescope.Movablepartssuchascovers,closuresetc.whichareliableto comeintofrictionalorpercu

34、ssivecontactwithaluminiumshellsshallnotbemadeofunprotected,corrodiblesteel. 5.5 Dimensionalcharacteristics Theinternaldiameterofthefillholeshallnotbelessthan250mm. 40、eattightnesstest;EN13314:2002(E) 8 droptest. 6.3.2 Seattightnesstest Theseattightnesstestshallbeperformedinaccordancewiththerequirementsoftheproductiontest,withthe followingaddition: testpressure:200kPa. 6.3.3Drop test Thefunctionofthedroptestistosubmittanktopequipmenttothedynamicforcesthatcanresult

41、ifthetankrolls ontoitsside.Thetestshallbecarriedoutonlyunderambientconditions. 6.3.3.1 Testapparatus Thedroptestapparatuscomprisesavesselhavingononesideamountingflangetowhichthedeviceundertest canbemounted.Itshallhavethefollowingcharacteristics: a) thedimensions,tolerancesandcharacteristicsofthedrop

42、testapparatusshallbeinaccordancewithannexA; b) thestopsshallbeofsteelandshallnotincorporateamaterialordesignfeaturethatwouldtendtocushionthe impact; c) theimpactzoneforthestopsshallbeasdetailedinannexA(seedetailofsandbox); d) theliftingandreleaseequipmentshallpermithoistingto,anddroppingfrom,thetest
