This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
18、text or by endorsement, at the latest by August 2006, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by August 2006. While international standards for this procedure have been developed under ISO/TC 202 Microbea
24、m analysis, currently no European or international standard considers the application of EPMA to ceramic coating analysis.
