3、method of assembly shall be such that with the terminals disconnected from the plug or jack, the cord shall not separate from the terminations when a force of 12-lbs. (min) is applied. This force shall be applied between cord and terminations for not less than 5 seconds, in accordance with puii-out

4、test in MIL-C-3885. 4. Cord conductors shall be soldered to terminal lugs supplied in plug and jack. The solder shall be composition SN60 per Q61-S-571. 5. Overall length of cord assembly shall be as specified in invitation for bids or request for proposal. The length tolerance shall be in accordanc

5、e with MS75027, unless otherwise specified. 6. Identification band shall be of &fiCient length to adequately accommodate the markings shown in Detail A above. The markings shall be at least .125(3.16 mm) in height and shail include cord nomenclature (CD-307-A) and the overall len&h of the cord assem

6、bly. (See note 6 ) 7. Referenced documents of the issue in effect on date of inntation for bids or request for proposal shall apply. 8.
