In the event of a conflict between the text of this spec.ification and the references cited herein (except for associated detail specifications, specification sheets or PS standards), the text of .this specification shall take precedence. 14、is specification, however, shall supersede applicable laws and regulations unless a specific exemption has been obtained. 3. REQUIREMEms 3.1 Specif ica however, final acceptance and shipment shall be withheld until the Group C inspection has shown that the corrective action was successful. In the ev

15、ent of failure after reinspection, information concerning the failure shall be furnished to the cognizant inspection activity and the qualifying activity. 4.3 Methods of inspection. 4.3.1 Visual and dimensional examination. Each washer taken as specified in 4.2.2.1 shall be examined to verify confor

16、mance with this specification. Examination shall be conducted in accordance with Table III. “- 4.3.2 Protective finish and surface treatment test. The carbon or alloy steel washers shall conform to the applicable protective finish and surface resistant steel washers shall meet requirements of 3.5.1.

17、3. treatment test WP-416 and AS24 B633 as specified in 3.5.1. Corrosion 4.3.3 Hardness test. Washers shall be test& for surface hardness in accordance with MIL-S“D-1312, Test Method 6. 4.3.4 Materials inspection. Materials inspection shall consist of certification supported by verifying data that th

18、e materials used in fabricating the washers are in accordance with the requirements of 3.2 prior to such fabrication. 4.3.5 Inspec tion of packas ins. The sampling and inspection of the preservation, packing, and container marking shall be in accordance with the requirements of PPP-H-1581. 5. PACKAG
