The individual item requirements shall be in accordance with MIL-PRF-28750, and as specified herein. 3.2 Interface and physical dimensions. The interface and physical dimensions shall be
17、as specified in MIL-PRF-28750, and on figure 1 herein. 3.2.1 PIN and features. See table I. 3.3 Electrical characteristics. Unless otherwise specified, ambient temperature for electrical characteristics shall be -55C to +105C. Unless otherwise specified, input voltage for functional tests or bias sh
18、all be 5 V dc. 3.3.1 Input characteristics. Open collector TTL or direct control (see figure 2, configuration B). 3.3.1.1 Input supply range. 3.8 V dc minimum to 6.0 V dc maximum. 3.3.1.2 Input (bias) current. 15 mA maximum at Vbias= 5 V dc (see figure 3). 3.3.1.3 Turn-off voltage (assured). 1.5 V d
19、c maximum. 3.3.1.4 Turn-on voltage (assured). 3.8 V dc minimum. 3.3.1.5 Reverse polarity voltage. 2 mA maximum leakage current at -32 V dc (pin 1 reference to pins 2 and 8). 3.3.2 Input (control) characteristics. CMOS or open collector TTL (see figure 2, configuration A). Unless otherwise specified,
