9、te DSCC PIN, manufacturers name or CAGE code, and date code. The marking shall be permanent and legible in accordance with method 215 of MIL-STD-202. Packaging: For acquisition purposes, the packaging requirements shall be as specified in the contract or order. When actual packaging of material is to be performed by DoD o

13、r in-house contractor personnel, these personnel need to contact the responsible packaging activity to ascertain packaging requirements. Packaging requirements are maintained by the Inventory Control Points packaging activities within the Military Service or Defense Agency, or within the Military De

14、partments System Command. Packaging data retrieval is available from the managing Military Departments or Defense Agencys automated packaging files, CD-ROM products, or by contacting the responsible packaging activity.
