This drawing describes the requirements for a resistor network, fixed, film, small outline, 14 pin, supplied
7、to the requirements of MIL-PRF-914 except as noted herein. 1.2 Part or Identifying Number (PIN). The schematic of the resistor n

The resistance value designations shall be i

The individual item requirements shall be in accordance with MIL-PRF-914 and as specified herein. 3.2 Interface and physical dimen

Resistors are available in B (0.1 percent), D (0.5 percent), F (1 percent), G (2 percent), and J (5 percent)
21、tolerances. 3.3.2 Resistor power rating. The power rating for schematic B and schematic J shall be 0.08 watt at 70C. The power rating for schematic A shall be 0.16 watt at 70C. 3.3.3 Packaging power rating. The packaging power rating shall be 1.0 watt at 70C. 3.3.4 Temperature range. The operating t
22、emperature range shall be -55C to +125C. 3.3.5 Resistance temperature characteristic. The resistance temperature characteristic shall not exceed 25 ppm/C for characteristic R, 50 ppm/C for characteristic V, 50 ppm/C for characteristic H, 100 ppm/C for characteristic K, and 300 ppm/C for characterist
23、ic M. 3.3.6 Resistance. The resistance values shall be 10 ohms to 2.2 megohms. 3.3.7 Operating voltage. The maximum operating voltage shall be 50 V dc. * 3.4 Pure tin. The use of pure tin, as an underplate or final finish is prohibited both internally and externally. Tin content of resistor componen
