Abstract. This Commercial

2、Item Description covers one type and size if badge used to retain the badge of security police of the Department of the Air Force. Salient Characteristic:. The holders dimensions shall be (3-3/4 inches long x 3/4 inch wide x 0.037 +/-0.004 inch thick). Figure l.“Holder“. Figure 1 IS furnished for in

The tearing resistance (after oven aging for 7 days at 158 degrees Fahrenheit), decrease from original value, shall be a maximum of 10 percent. The holder shall be clean and free from dirt, oil, or any oth.er foreign matter; rough or sharp edges; scratches; scuffs; cracks; creases; blisters; bubbles; pimples; undispersed resin; pits; tears; cuts; or holes. Product Demonstration Model. When required, offrer shall submit samples of thei

8、r intended production. The Product Demonstration Model consist of units independently developed. Product Demonstration Models will be analyzed and evaluated by the government. Evaluation criteria and basis for award are contained in the solicitation. Product Demonstration Models will be retained by

9、the government. The contractor shall certify that the product offered meets the salient characteristics of this description and that the product conforms to the producers own dr

11、awings, specifications, standards and quality assurance practices. lhe government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance prior to the first delivery and thereafter as may be otherwise provided for, under the provisions of the contract. Examination. The Holders shall be inspected in

12、accordance with “Sampling Procedures and Tables for Inspection by Attribute:“, ANSI/ASQC 21.4, pub1i:hed tiy the American Society for Quality Control. Visual Examination. The inspection level for visual examination shall be I and the “Acceptable Quality Level (AQL)“ shall be 1.0. The sample unit is

13、one holder. Dimensional Examination. The finished holder shall conform to the dimensions specified. Any dimension that is not within the established tolerance shall be classified as a defect. The sample unit shall be one holder; the inspection level shall be 5-3 and the AQL shall be 2.5 Defects. The

14、 holder shall be examined for the following defects: not made of the specified material; color not transparent; any cracks; blisters. Scratche:, cuts, tear, cuts, tears cracks, wrinkles or scuffs; rough edges; surfaces containing voids, pockets or any noticeable defects; holder not clean; measuremen
