4、hnical Committee ISO/TC 1 “Screw threads”, Subcommittee SC 1 “Basic data”. The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Technische Grundlagen (Fundamental Technical Standards Committee), Section 02 Gewinde. Publication of this standard is in line with the resolutio

5、n of Section 02 to issue ISO Standards on general-purpose metric screw threads as German Standards. It is intended to resubmit an application to the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) for the ISO standards on general-purpose metric screw threads to be adopted as European Standards. The DIN

6、 Standard corresponding to the International Standard referred to in this document is as follows: ISO 5408:1983 DIN 2244 Amendments This standard differs from DIN ISO 724:1999-11 as follows: a) The references to ISO 86 and ISO 261 have been transferred from clause 2 “Normative references” to Bibliog
