It is identical with International Standard ISO 20541:2008 which was prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 34 “Food products” (Secretariat: AFNOR, France), Subcommittee SC 5 “Milk and milk
5、products” (Secretariat: NEN, Netherlands). The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Lebensmittel und land-wirtschaftliche Produkte (Food and Agricultural Products Standards Committee), Technical Committee Milch und Milchprodukte Probenahme- und Untersuchungsver
6、fahren. Based on the results of the parallel voting procedure, ISO 20541:2008 has been adopted as a European Standard.
