5、ny), Subcommittee SC 2 “Rolling stock products” (Secretariat: NEN, Netherlands), Working Group WG 42 “Vehicle lifting” (Secretariat: BSI, United Kingdom). The responsible German body involved in its preparation was DIN-Normenausschuss Fahrweg und Schienenfahrzeuge (DIN Standards Committee Railway),

Amendments This standard differs from DIN EN 16404:2014-05 as follows: a) the terms and definitions (Clause 3) have been updated; b) the use of re-railing beams and/or support
7、 points has been clarified; c) the jacking equipment clearances have been clarified; d) additional requirements for lifting low floor vehicles have been specified; e) smaller jack space envelopes for jacks up to 20 t capacity have been specified; f) requirements for the use of jack adaptors with lif
8、ting brackets have been specified; g) lifting requirements when using cranes have been specified; h) a new Annex E “Lifting bracket (for up to 340 kN)” has been added.
