This document (EN 89:2015) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 48 “Domestic gas-fired water heaters” (Secretariat: AFNOR, France). The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the DIN-Normenaus

6、schuss Gastechnik (DIN Standards Committee Gas Technology). This standard has been included in the body of technical rules and standards for gas issued by the DVGW Deutscher Verein des Gas- und Wasserfaches e.V. (German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water). Amendments This standar

7、d differs from DIN EN 89:2007-06 as follows: a) Subclause 5.5 “Supplementary requirements for condensing water heaters” has been included; b) requirements for plastic, elastomeric seals and elastomeric sealants in the combustion product evacuation ducts, terminals and fitting pieces have been added
