National foreword This standard has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 264 “Air quality” (Secretariat: DIN, Germany), Working Group WG 3 “Determination of HCI emissions” (Secretariat: AFNOR, France). The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Kommission Rei

Amendments This standard differs from DIN EN 1911-1:1998-07, DIN EN 1911-2:1998-07 and DIN EN 1911-3:1998-07 as follows: a) DIN EN 1911 is now a single document replac
7、ing the previous three-part edition covering the sampling and analysis of stationary source emissions for the determination of the mass concentration of gaseous chloride expressed as HCl; b) the requirements laid down in DIN EN 15259 are now to be taken into consideration (Clause 5); c) isokinetic s
8、ampling without any side stream is now described in addition to non isokinetic sampling and isokinetic sampling with a side stream; d) the temperature of the filter housing was the subject of much discussion and varying opinions. As a result, no particular value has been specified. Instead, the filt
9、er housing temperature is to be at least 20C above the dew point (Clause 5); e) performance characteristics and a maximum allowable overall uncertainty have been specified (Clause 8); f) an example of the evaluation of overall uncertainty of measurement is given (Annex C).
