5、4790:2017) has been prepared by Working Committee CEN/TC 264/WG 16 “Reference measurement methods for NOx, SO2, O2, CO and water vapour emissions” (Secretariat and Convenership: AFNOR, France) of Technical Committee 264 “Air quality” (Secretariat: DIN, Germany), with the active participation of Germ

8、 1, Directive 2000/76/EC has been replaced by Directive 2010/75/EU; b) in Clause 2, the normative reference to EN 13284-1 has been replaced by EN 15259 regarding requirements for measurement sections and sites and for the measurement objective and plan; c) in Clause 3, definitions have been revised
9、taking into account EN 15259 definitions and the new version of VIM (2012); the detection limit has been deleted from the list of definitions and performance characteristics as repeatability at zero is more suitable; d) in Clause 4, symbols and abbreviations used in the main section of the document
10、have been included; e) in 8.1, requirements for measurement planning with reference to EN 15259 have been included; f) in 8.2, a reference to EN 15259 has been included for determining the homogeneity of the flue gas; g) in Clause 9, symbols have been aligned with EN 15259; h) in Clause 10, the stan
11、dard deviation sr,limithas been recalculated according to new rules specified in EN 14793; i) in Annex A, an estimate of the uncertainty calculated on the basis of reproducibility has been added and replaces the expression “reproducibility confidence interval”; j) in Annex D, the presentation of the
