This standard contains specifications meeting

7、the essential requirements set out in Annex I of the “Machinery Directive”, Directive 2006/42/EC, and which apply to machines that are either first placed on the market or commissioned within the EEA. This standard serves to facilitate proof of compliance with the essential requirements of that dire

8、ctive. Once this standard is cited in the Official Journal of the European Union, it is deemed a “harmonized” standard and thus, a manufacturer applying this standard may assume compliance with the requirements of the Machinery Directive (“presumption of conformity”). The European Standards referred

9、 to in Clause 2 and in the Bibliography of the EN have been published as the corresponding DIN EN or DIN EN ISO Standards with the same number. Where the International Standards referred to are not also DIN ISO Standards with the same number, there are no national standards available. DIN EN 12463:2

10、015-02 3 Amendments This standard differs from DIN EN 12463:2011-09 as follows: a) Clause 1: the scope now contains a list of auxiliary machines, auxiliary devices and interchangeable equipment and their combinations with a filling machine; requirements have been transferred to the appropriate claus

11、es and the content of the former Subclause 1.3 “Intended use” is now included in Subclause 7.4; b) Clause 2: normative references have been updated; c) Clause 3: terms and definitions have been partly unified, revised and supplemented (e.g. dividing device, hanging device, loading device, fixing dev

12、ice, machine, auxiliary machine, device, module, interchangeable equipment) and are consistently used throughout the standard; d) Clause 4: new presentation in a table; e) Clause 5: Subclause 5.2 has been retitled “Mechanical hazards General”; requirements in Subclause 5.3 “Mechanical hazards distin

13、guished from type” (e.g. stopping time, cover over feed intake hopper, steps and ladders, static and dynamic test, auxiliary machines, ergonomic requirements) have been rendered more precise; f) Clause 6: the verification list has been updated; g) Clause 7: completion of Subclause 7.2 with all infor

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either

32、 by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by May 2015 and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by May 2015. 41、 stated in EN ISO 12100. The machinery concerned and the extent to which hazards, hazardous situations and hazardous events are covered are indicated in the scope of this document. When provisions of this type C standard are different from those which are stated in type A or B standards, the provisi

42、ons of this type C standard take precedence over the provisions of the other standards, for machines that have been designed and built according to the provisions of this type C standard. DIN EN 12463:2015-02 EN 12463:2014 (E) 6 1 Scope 1.1 General This European Standard applies for: filling machine

43、s with cylinder with piston, filling machines with feed intake hopper with and without loading device, auxiliary machines for filling machines. This European Standard does not apply to filling machines with cylinder and manual operation. This European Standard applies to machines which process pasty

44、 or slightly frozen products (e.g. meat, cheese), excluding dry or deep frozen materials. They pump foodstuff into casings or bring it to a subsequent process. This European Standard also applies to the combinable appliances or auxiliary machines with which a wide range of additional functions can b

45、e implemented, for example: portioning, depositing, mincing, coextruding, dividing and forming. This European Standard deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to filling machines, fitting appliances and auxiliary machines, such as twisting and hanging devices, mi

46、ncing devices, forming devices, etc., when they are used as intended and under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer and also the reasonable foreseeable misuse (see Clause 4). These significant hazards, hazardous situations and events exist during the whole life of filling machines. This Europ
