Venses Blut ist wegen der besseren Reprodu-zierbarkeit der Messergebnisse zu bevorzugen. 4.1 General For the determination of the concentration of blood corpuscles, venous, capillary or arterial blood is suitable. Venous blood is to be pref

27、erred due to the better reproducibility of the measurement results. Die Entnahme ist unter Beachtung der allgemeinen Sorgfaltspflicht, den einrichtungsinternen Hygiene- und Desinfektionsrichtlinien durchzufhren. Die gereinigte und desinfizierte Hautregion muss vor der Blutentnahme getrocknet sein. B

28、lood collection shall be performed with due diligence and in accordance with the site-specific guidelines for hygiene and disinfection. The cleaned and disinfected skin area shall have dried before blood is collected. Die nach der Blutentnahme einsetzende Blut-gerinnung ist durch sofortigen Kontakt

29、mit einem Gerinnungshemmer oder durch starkes Verdnnen (z. B. 1:100) mit einem isotonen Medium, das keine divalenten Kationen enthlt, zu verhindern. In beiden Fllen ist die Blutprobe bzw. Blutverdnnung sofort zu mischen. Blood coagulation, which takes place as soon as the blood is drawn, shall be pr

30、evented by immediate contact with an anticoagulant or by strong dilution (e.g. 1 : 100) with an isotonic medium containing no divalent cations. In both procedures, the blood sample or blood dilution shall be immediately mixed. 4.2 Venenblutentnahme 4.2 Collection of venous blood Venses Blut ist aus

31、der ungestauten oder entstauten Vene zu entnehmen. Ist vor dem Einstich eine Stauung notwendig, so darf diese nicht lnger als 30 s bestehen, bei einem Staudruck von 53,3 hPa (40 mm Hg ). Ein ffnen und Schlieen der Hand (Pumpen) ist zu unterlassen. Das Entnahme-rhrchen darf nicht vollstndig mit Blut

32、gefllt werden, um eine ausreichende Durchmischung sicherzustellen. Bei Blutentnahmerhrchen, bei denen der Hersteller ein bestimmtes Volumen vor-schreibt, ist die Fllmenge entsprechend der Volumenmarkierung einzuhalten. Das Blut ist sofort nach der Entnahme mit dem im Blutent-nahmerhrchen vorgelegten

33、 Antikoagulanz durch nicht weniger als 5 berkopfmischbewegungen behutsam zu mischen, wobei Schaumbildung zu vermeiden ist. Venous blood shall be collected from a non-occluded vein or from a vein after release of occlusion. If occlusion is necessary before puncturing, it shall not be applied for more

34、 than 30 s at an occlusion pressure of 53,3 hPa (40 mm Hg). A pumping movement of the hand (consecutive opening and closing) shall be avoided. The test tube shall not be totally filled with blood to ensure sufficient mixing. If the manufacturer of a test tube specifies a certain volume, the filling

35、quantity shall be followed as indicated by the volume graduation line. The blood shall be thoroughly mixed with the anticoagulant in the test tube immediately after collection by gently inverting the test tube at least 5 times. The development of foam shall be avoided.
