Without this information, a specification of works as required in 7 ff., 7 EU ff. or 7 VS ff. of VOB

31、/A (DIN 1960) cannot be properly drawn up. This information does not form part of the contract. The specification of works shall, in particular, include the following information as and when applicable. 0.1 Site information 0.1.1 Use to which the building is put (e.g. as housing, hotel, shop, shoppi

32、ng centre, offices, hospital, factory or warehouse). 0.1.2 Type, design, location and dimensions of the installation (e.g. well size, dimensions of pit, headroom and machine room, distance of supports for escalators and passenger conveyors, rise and conveying length). 0.1.3 Loadbearing capacity of r

33、oofs and floors, access and hauling routes for large components. 0.1.4 Work undertaken by the client with respect to thermal and sound insulation and fire protection. DIN 18385:2016-09 6 0.2 Details of execution of work 0.2.1 Type, constructional details, layout and dimensions of lifts, escalators,

34、passenger conveyors and materials handling equipment, e.g. information on sets of lifts, dimensions of car, whether lift with opposite or several entrances, type and dimensions of doors, nominal width of steps or pallets, accessibility for the disabled, angle of inclination of escalators or conveyor

35、s. 0.2.2 Required capacity, e.g. nominal load, nominal speed, power supply, number and location of landing levels, purpose (i.e. for transportation of passengers or goods, with details of the type of goods). 0.2.3 Requirements with regard to the following: electrical installation, number of journeys

36、 per hour, landing precision, capability for other uses, e.g. as a firefighters lift, bed lift, industrial truck lift or vehicle lift. 0.2.4 Type of drive (e.g. rope or hydraulic, and position of machinery). 0.2.5 Any requirements regarding fire and radiation protection, damp proofing, thermal insul

37、ation and noise control to be observed. 0.2.6 Type and extent of corrosion protection for metal components. 0.2.7 Type and position of controls and signals. 0.2.8 Type, execution and dimensions of cars, frames and entrance frames. 0.2.9 Type and extent of control. 0.2.10 Type of electrical wiring an

38、d how it is to be laid, the type of enclosures, and demarcation of this work in relation to that by other companies. 0.2.11 Special equipment (e.g. remote monitoring equipment, fire extinguishing equipment, evacuation equipment, firefighting lift switches, shaft smoke extraction). 0.2.12 Operational

39、 and ambient factors (e.g. temperature and moisture, especially in the case of free-standing installations or those against the exterior of walls). 0.2.13 Energy efficiency requirements (e.g. according to DIN EN ISO 25745-2). 0.2.14 Requirements imposed by the responsible utilities or the client (e.

40、g. with respect to any phase effects), and any limit on the starting current and on the capacity. DIN 18385:2016-09 7 0.2.15 Number, type, location and duration of use as a builders hoist during the construction work, including commissioning according to the Betriebssicherheitsverordnung, emergency

41、alarm, rescue service, maintenance and overhauling work following use during construction work. 0.2.16 Type and extent of protective measures for use as a builders hoist. 0.2.17 Re-commissioning according to the Betriebssicherheitsverordnung following termination of use as a builders hoist. 0.2.18 R

42、equirements relating to the type and scope of maintenance to be tendered for the warranty claims period. 0.2.19 Type and extent of documentation to be provided in addition to those specified in subclause 3.4, e.g. electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) inspection document, sound insulation inspection d

43、ocument, inspection document relating to the behaviour of the lift in the event of fire, documentation required according to DIN EN 81-28, proof of energy efficiency class. 0.3 Details not included in the specifications of this standard If specifications are to be made that are not included in the s

44、pecifications of this standard, they shall be described separately and clearly in the specification of works. 0.4 Details of associated tasks and special tasks No details are required supplementary to those given in DIN 18299, subclause 0.4. 0.5 Accounting of works In the specification of works, acc

45、ounting of works shall be based on the following: the number of items, accounted for separately according to type and technical data, for each complete and operational installation. 1 Scope 1.1 This standard deals with installations designed to remain permanently in one place and to convey passenger

46、s or goods between predetermined access or landing levels. 1.2 This standard does not deal with handling equipment which can be separated from the installation without affecting the completeness or usability of the latter, and which can be used independently. 1.3 DIN 18299, clauses 1 to 5 shall also

47、 apply. In cases where the specifications of DIN 18299 contradict the present standard, DIN 18385 shall take precedence. DIN 18385:2016-09 8 2 Materials and components No specifications supplementary to those given in DIN 18299, clause 2. 3 Execution of work The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 3

48、 shall be supplemented as follows. 3.1 General 3.1.1 Immediately following conclusion of the contract, the contractor shall provide the client with all the information required for the efficient installation and proper operation of the installation. On the basis of the planning documentation and calculations supplied by the client, the contractor shall prepare and submit the required assembly and workshop plans, coordinating these where necessary with the client. This applies in particular to: layout drawings, details
