21、rmation supplements the general information specified in DIN 18299, clause 0. Without this information, a specification of works as required in 7 ff., 7 EU ff. or 7 VS ff. of VOB/A (DIN 1960) cannot be properly drawn up. This information does not form part of the contract. The specification of works

22、 shall, in particular, include the following information as and when applicable. 0.1 Site information Type, position, dimensions and constructional details of any scaffolding installed by other contractors, and schedule for the installation or removal of such scaffolding. 0.2 Details of execution of

23、 work 0.2.1 Type, design, quantities, detailing and dimensions of cladding and material it is made of. 0.2.2 Form, profiling and dimensions (e.g. profiled sheeting, flat panels and coffers), surface texture and colour of cladding units, detailing of corners and edges. 0.2.3 Design and sectionalizing

24、 of walling, any special cladding technique, joint pattern, and joint widths, taking into account changes in length specific to the materials used (e.g. due to adverse weather, shrinkage, creep). 25、of special units (e.g. sloping, curved or otherwise shaped units), and of specially shaped components such as window sills, internal and external angles, lintels and reveals, cladding of special components and of soffits. 0.2.5 Type of surface treatment (e.g. anodizing, polishing, brushing) or surfa

26、ce coating (e.g. coil, film, wet or powder coating, batch coating, screen printing, chemical vapour deposition, mirror coating, enamelling). 0.2.6 Classification, position and dimensions of zones A to E of wall surfaces subjected to differing wind loads depending on the wind velocity pressure accord

Special requirements for multiple leaf substructures (e.g. anchorage in outer leaf, use of corbel or bracket ties, through-holes, any requirement for separate additional secu

31、ring of outer leaf). 0.2.13 Type, dimensions and design of secondary frames for claddings and of thermal isolation. 0.2.14 Number, type, location, dimensions, design and condition of fire and wind barriers. 0.2.15 Additional loads to which the secondary frame or cladding units may be subjected. 0.2.

32、16 Any exceptional mechanical or chemical conditions to which materials and components will be exposed after installation (e.g. aggressive vapours, maritime climate, industrial air pollution, impact, vibration of the structure or of components, high wind loads due to flow mechanics according to DIN

33、EN 1991-1-4 in conjunction with DIN EN 1991-1-4/NA, particularly in perforated and similarly textured faade elements). 0.2.17 Information whether components are to be made from measurements taken on site or from drawings. Information on the locations at which they are to be installed. 0.2.25 Any specimens for texture, colour shade and

37、 gloss or sheen of finished surfaces, particularly of anodized aluminium. 0.2.26 Any requirements relating to sound and thermal insulation, anti-drumming treatment, fire protection, damp-proofing, radiation and lightning protection. Ventilation requirements and other special requirements (e.g. radar

38、 reflection). 0.2.27 Type, extent and design of back ventilation and coverings of openings. 0.2.28 Joint permeability and protection against wind driven rain or snow; any necessary protection of joints and openings against the intrusion of small animals. 0.2.29 Type, thickness and properties of any

39、insulating layers; single or multi-layer insulation 0.2.30 Type and extent of any corrosion protection. 0.2.31 Any separate working of partial areas (e.g. after the removal of scaffolding anchors or the closing of provisional holes). 0.2.32 Treatment of the cladding surfaces after installation. 44、ted tasks and special tasks The following associated tasks are especially likely to require separate itemization in accordance with DIN 18299, subclause 0.4.1: anchorages (e.g. where the background is of the multiple-leaf type). 0.5 Accounting of works In the specification of works, accounting of wo

45、rks shall be based on the following: 0.5.1 Area (m2), accounted for separately according to type of construction and dimensions: claddings (with or without a secondary frame or insulating layers), accounted for separately according to zone, the secondary frame and claddings, including those designed

46、 to withstand higher than average loads, accounted for separately according to zone, insulating layers, separating layers, levelling layers, felting, sheeting, preparation of the background, treatment of surfaces after installation. 0.5.2 Length (m), accounted for separately according to type of con

47、struction and dimensions: cover strips and cover mouldings (e.g. at eaves, cornices, balconies, piers, columns, girders), rebates and window sills, plinths and lintels, flashings at junctions and edges, and fitting of grilles at vents, cavity barriers, fire and wind barriers, connecting pieces, ends

48、, corners and re-entrant angles, DIN 18351:2016-09 8 making and closing of movement joints and joints between components, sealing of, or cappings over, structural joints, sealing strips or flashings at windows, metal edgings, copings, etc., separating and insulating strips, etc., cutting of cladding units to size (e.g. mitring at junctions). 0.5.3 Number of items, accounted for separately according to type of construction and dimensions: claddings on special items (e.g. balconies, plinths, columns, piers), specially shaped units, window sil
