22、ired for drafting the specification of works The following information supplements the general information specified in DIN 18299, clause 0. Without this information, a specification of works as required in 7 ff., 7 EU ff. or 7 VS ff. of VOB/A (DIN 1960) cannot be properly drawn up. This information

23、 does not form part of the contract. The specification of works shall, in particular, include the following information as and when applicable. 0.1 Site information Type, position, dimensions and constructional details of any scaffolding installed by other contractors, and schedule for the installat

26、 structure might be affected by the work (as in the Instandsetzungs-Richtlinie). 0.2.3 Method of surface preparation, with post-treatment as in the Instandsetzungs-Richtlinie, e.g.: cutting, mortising, flame cleaning as described in DIN 32539, blast-cleaning, specifying the pressures and abrasives t

Required standard preparation grade. 0.2.5 Type of reinforcement corrosion protection required as in the Instandsetzungs-Richtlinie. 0.2.6 Repair materials (such as concrete or mortar with their associated components) to be used

29、f cracks, e.g.: causes, crack width, any changes in width during filling and after completion of repair, any moisture in cracks and in their edge zone, ability to be filled. 0.2.9 Technique used to fill cracks and voids, with type and quantities of filling quantities, e.g.: impregnation, injection,

30、provisional sealing of cracks through which water is leaking, use of elastic sealant, use of grout, repairing surfaces around cracks, external sealing. 0.2.10 Type, number and sizes of any packers to be placed, provisional seals on one or two sides. 0.2.11 Type of crack fillers to be used (e.g. epox

31、y resin, cement paste or cementitious grout). 33、ns to be considered, e.g.: water, soil and gases aggressive to concrete, pollutants, mechanical, thermal or dynamic stresses, wear. 0.2.20 Measures to maintain structural stability. 0.2.21 The required internal control procedures, if these are to be other than specified in the Instandsetzungs-Richtl

34、inie. 0.2.22 Inspection by a recognized third party inspection agency. 0.2.23 Collection, separation and disposal of rebound. 0.2.24 Plant requirements for supply and disposal, ventilation, dust removal and extraction, taking local conditions into account. 0.2.25 Ventilation measures (in respect of

35、supply and extract air) to comply with occupational health and safety requirements, depending on the spraying method selected (see 0.2.7). 0.2.26 Any special precautions to protect persons (e.g. persons living nearby, workers from other companies) during the concrete spraying work. 0.3 Details not i

40、 required supplementary to those given in DIN 18299, subclause 0.4. 0.5 Accounting of works In the specification of works, accounting of works shall be based on the following: 0.5.1 Area (m2), accounted for separately according to type of construction and dimensions: repair of walls, floors, foundat

41、ion slabs, structural bases, precast concrete stair slabs, landings, making good localized defects and repair of holes individually measuring more than 1 m2, accounted for separately according to maximum depth, repair of girders, beams, columns, pilasters and lintels with a developed length of more

42、than 1,6 m, finishing of surfaces after repair, fitting of formwork, covering of surfaces with sheeting, boards, membranes and the like, erection of an enclosure to protect the site, application of provisional seals. 0.5.2 Length (m), accounted for separately according to type of construction and di

43、mensions: repair of girders, beams, columns, pilasters and lintels with a developed length of up to 1,6 m, repair of cornices, reveals, fascias, repair of framework, repair of stairs and strings, making of edges, drips and chamfers, each more than 1 m in length, making good of localized defects (e.g

44、. holes up to 0,1 m wide and more than 1 m long), accounted for separately according to maximum depth, fitting of formwork for chases, haunches, brackets and mouldings, each more than 1 m in length, DIN 18349:2016-09 8 exposure of reinforcing bar individually measuring more than 1 m, accounted for s
