34、DIN 16968:2012-11 7 4 Werkstoff (Formstoff) 4 Material (compound) 4.1 Allgemeines Rohre nach dieser Norm sind aus Polybuten (PB) herzustellen. Die Wahl der Stabilisatoren und sons-tiger Zusatzstoffe (z. B. Pigmente, Gleitmittel) bleibt dem Hersteller berlassen. Die Verwendung von Recyclingmaterial,

35、sowie gefllter oder verstrkter Formmassen (z. B. kreidegefllte oder glasfaser-verstrkte Formmassen) ist nicht zulssig. Die Ver-wendung von im Zuge der eigenen Produktion entstandenem Umlaufmaterial ist zulssig. Rck-laufmaterial und Rezyklat sowie Formmassen unbe-kannter Zusammensetzung drfen nicht w

36、eiterver-arbeitet werden. 4.1 General Pipes in accordance with this standard shall be prepared from polybutene (PB). The choice of stabilisers and additives (e.g. pigments, lubricants, etc.) is left to the manufacturer. The use of recycled material and filled or reinforced compounds (e.g. chalk fill

37、ed or glass fibre reinforced compounds) is not allowed. The use of manufacturers own reprocessed material is allowed. Die Mindestzeit-stand-Innendruckfestigkeit MRS von PB-H und PB-R betrgt 12,5 MPa.The material designation PB 125 is determined by the creep rupt

43、ure strength upon hydrostatic pressure testing using water extrapolated to 50 years at 20 C. This classification is specified in DIN EN ISO 12162.
