2、nce of Post and Telecommunications Administrations, considering - the available service description on Advice of Charge (AOC) (Stage 1) in CEPT T/SF 31-07, - that in several CEPT member countries supplementary services will be offered which imply that the user, paying - that it is desirable to handl

3、e such calls in a standardised way, especially when these calls are crossing borders, recomniends that the CEPT members recognise and use the following definitions, arrangements, and specifications for the supplementary service Advice of Charge.” for a call, may be informed of usage-based charging i

4、nformation, Advice of charge is a service allowing the user paying for a call to be informed of usage-based charging information. This service is not meant to replace the charge metering inside the network which is considered to be the correct in all cases. This service may include one or more of th

5、e following cases: 1. Charging information at the end of a call. 2. Incremental charging information during a call. 3. Cumulative charging information during a call. 4.
