2、ions” Commission: “The European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations, considering (a) that the GSM is studying a future trans-European public radiotelephone system, (b) that the frequency band to be used for such a system has been designated by Recommendation T/R 75-02, (c) th

3、at future users may operate within areas of public mobile radio system coverage as well across national (d) that the equipment used with the GSM system will be required to meet the standards of technical performance frontiers, laid down in the approved specifications, recommends to CEPT Administrati
