15、nes a Mission Operations (MO) reference model which provides a common basis for coordinating the development of CCSDS Recommended Standards for MO service specifications and serves as a reference to maintain the consistency of these Recommended Standards. The scope of this International Standard is
16、the definition of all concepts and terms that establish a common basis for coordinating the development of CCSDS Recommended Standards for MO service specifications. The scope and field of application are furthermore detailed in subclause 1.3 of the enclosed CCSDS publication. 2 Requirements Require
17、ments are the technical recommendations made in the following publication (reproduced on the following pages), which is adopted as an International Standard: CCSDS 520.1-M-1, July 2010, Mission operations reference model. For the purposes of international standardization, the modifications outlined
